These gift card holders are designed to fit a standard credit-card sized gift card
(measuring 85.6mm wide by 53.98mm high, or 3.375 inches wide by 2.125 inches high).

A single design will fit in a 4x4 hoop, and designs are also included to make multiple gift card holders in one hooping as follows -

Three in one 5x7 hooping; and
Four in one 6x10 hooping

They are made completely in the hoop from felt, and feature a slit in which to slide in the gift card. There is an optional stitched eyelet that can be left off completely, or you can add a metal eyelet instead. 

As an alternative instead of a gift card, two small snack size Hershey Bars or Cadbury Chocolate Frogs will also fit (just not as snug as a credit card of course).
