These cute little bunny chocolate sleeves are designed to snugly fit a single Moser Roth chocolate, available from ALDI stores.

These chocolates come in a pack of five and are available in various different flavours - see photo above for reference. 

If you are in Australia, they will also fit a Cadbury Furry Friend chocolate.
For my US customers, two small snack size Hershey Bars will also fit (just not as snug).

A 5x7 hoop is required to make a single bunny, and designs are also included to make multiple sleeves in one hooping as follows -

Two in one 5x7 hooping
Three in one 6x10 hooping

They are made completely in the hoop from felt, and feature a slit in which to slide in the chocolate. The fill on the feet and ears are a sketch-type stitch, making them quick and easy.
