These sliders are designed to snugly slide over a regular 1.55oz (43g) Hershey Bar.

Alternatively, they will also fit 

One 1.5oz (42g) twin pack of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
(For my Australian customers, you can purchase these from Coles, Woolworths and other supermarkets.)
or
Two (2) ALDI Mini Choceur 40g bars stacked on top of one another
(available from ALDI supermarkets in a pack of five).

A single design will fit in a 5x7 hoop, and designs are also included to make multiple sleeves in one hooping as follows -

Two in one 5x7 hooping
Four in one 6x10 hooping

They are made completely in the hoop from felt.
