These cute little treat bag toppers are made from felt and are super easy and quick to stitch.

Designs are included to make four tags in one 4x4 hooping, or eight in a 5x7 hooping.

The tag has little stitched eyelets in which to insert thin ribbon, and that ribbon loop then simply slips over the top of a cellophane bag filled with treats.

Easy to follow instructions (with photos) are included in PDF format.
